There have been multiple socio-economic and political problems in Madhesh (Tarai Region of Nepal). The identity of aboriginal Madheshi people has been still deferred though there occurred different movements for the political rights and justice. There is disparity among the people in Madhesh. Poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, discrimination, corruption, and lack of socio-political and cultural consciousness still prevail in all the villages in Madhesh in spite of having a lot of resources and possibilities with plane topographical structures and easy access to Indian markets. The state hasn’t yet been accessible to the people in Madhesh who have been living with such problems.
